Okay, I've only just uploaded it and the hand is already bugging me. I WILL add this to my list of paintings to fix! But it's half two in the morning and I have work later...

Coming up for air before diving under the oncoming pile of assignments. I've spent far too much of the last couple of days procrastinating on YouTube and Squidoo adding videos and suchlike to the (now) massive Disney Femslash page.

I started it for fun, and to just put a list of some videos that amused/ impressed me together for a friend and it grew insanely large (it's all broken up into separate pages now) and became my most popular Squidoo lens . I am also greatly amused, in an evil way, because it's now in the top 30-40s of the top 100 movie related lenses

Anyway, as I do, when devoting time and attention to projects, I have to paint something for them. This is inspired by one of my favourite fanvideos, of Eris and Pocahontas.

I used a screenshot of this video: Right Now I Just Don't Like You as a reference , painted in ArtRage Studio Pro, time is now around two hours.

Hand is BAH Screenshot was rather murky and very small, so I had to look up other references and use creative/artistic interpretation. Also Pocahontas' face has been driving me nuts for years, because it's so elongated in profile.


Side notes:
-I know Eris isn't Disney.
-If you ARE interested in watching these, go to the site, it's MUCH easier to browse them there, I've done all the hard slogging and vetting for you - including ferretting out all the ones that weren't tagged properly! sghfjgh!
-I have finally discovered a truly awesome and viable purpose for photomanipulation. Truly, as an artist, a lot of those videos are epic and most impressive. Afterall, consider this - none of them ever appear on screen together! Except for with the villains, anyway (Damn Disney and its oneshot heroines).
- If you know of any art or videos that might fit and aren't there, tell me, I can't find everything!
