Practicing - a model in an ad in a magazine. Had the 'Twilight' look going on - pale, Bella-ish, dark hair, very bright blue eyes (obviously edited :D ) but it was a good photo and I had little choice. And her face is more interesting.


A 2B pencil and A4 scrap paper.
About 30 minutes.

Nice. Her eyelashes seem to stop prematurely on the lower lid of the eye closest to us.
Do you prefer only using your pencil to shade or do you use a smudger?

Heh, i actually made them too long! I didn't 'shape' them right, is the problem, i think. That or the photo was weird >.> *never my fault, noooooo* ;P

Well, i have these things called 'thumbs' :rofl: Eh, I only had one pencil with me for this one, I've tried rolled up paper-stick smudgers, but I hurt my hands on them (I push too hard!)

good drawing, she has got a prominent nose;

i think the orographically right eye is placed a little too high

Thank you - and yes, she does :D I like interesting noses ^_^

Miiight be - I'll need to check the reference photo again. I think I got the face shape slightly wrong, though, as the face was tilted so the eyes were placed that way.
