My Mermaids

Another one from my traveling around the world sketch book.
Prismacolours and black paper, A4 sized.

And this photo actually looks like the picture.
I know her face is a mess - that's what happens when I sketch rather than colour, I make a lot of 'figuring out' lines and then it is too late...

She's meant to be quite stylised, and I wanted to draw something slightly more original than your standard mermaid.

Drawn in about an hour, while 'working' in my Uncle's fisheries office
