 Inspired by her poem The Secret Root This worked much better as I stopped trying to make it right and started just painting what I wanted XD Old version here Used ArtRage 2.5 and graphic tablet. Took 10-12 hours (and my hand huuurrtss) Featured by here and in their because they felt like it journal and by  in their feature on backgrounds hereI give  and  permission to display this in their galleryEDIT: Redid face, hair and skin so that there was less of the corpse/high contrast impact and made the lighting on her a bit more consistent. Also threw tea on my keyboard yesterday, so I'm stuck with a tiny laptop accesory keyboard, perfectly created for typoes... This is relevant somehow. Looking at it now (months later ^_^) I just realised that her facial features - mouth and nose - are out of proportion. I knew it wasn't right, but know I know why. Hopefully will remember to redo it. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
