very romantic piece. i like the idea about it with the mysterious baloons journey.
about the technical stuff i like how the hawks turned out and the part where the stars shine through the clouds.
but i also have some tips for improvement.
it would be great if you worked out the towers a bit more, some more details, texture, something like windows, bricks, pillars or whatever.
when making shadows, try not to use only black, but instead colder dark colors to make it more realistic.
another thing to make it look more realistic are the colors in the sky! less is sometimes more. try to study some skies, take photos outside or look at some.
also be careful when mixing colors in clouds! yellows and blues are hard to handle and can end up in a green you didnt want to have in your sky.
